Apply now and build the future together at Cloud Atlantic for Oscar Wylee.About The RoleYou responsibilities will include:IT Troubleshooting & Support: Provide timely resolution of technical issues across hardware, software, and networks, including out-of-hours support.Ticket Management: Log, track, and resolve support requests via Jira, ensuring clear communication and documentation throughout.Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Work with internal teams to diagnose and resolve IT challenges, escalating where necessary.Quality & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.Employee Lifecycle Support: Deliver IT support for onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth transitions for staff.E-commerce Maintenance: Support day-to-day operations of online platforms (Magento, Shopify), including product updates and basic site maintenance.Project Work: Contribute to IT and business improvement projects from time to time, working alongside other teams to implement solutions.About YouTo succeed in this role, you’ll bring:At least 1–2 years’ experience in an L1 IT support role or similar.Strong troubleshooting skills with a customer-focused and proactive approach.Familiarity with Jira or other ticketing systems.Interest in e-commerce platforms and willingness to assist with updates and site support.Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.A collaborative mindset, with clear communication skills and a willingness to support after-hours if required.Our clients are looking for candidates committed to living and working long-term in Colombo.
