Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Executive to join our IT team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, eager to learn, and enjoys solving technical challenges in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth daily IT operations and supporting internal users across hardware, software, and system-related issues.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.Set up, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.Assist in user account management, access permissions, and email configurations.Manage both internal and public software applications, ensuring proper licensing and regular updates.Assist in data backup, recovery, and documentation of IT processes.Implement and maintain robust security protocols to protect against cyber threats.Ensure IT policies and security protocols are followed.Liaise with vendors and service providers when necessary.Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.0–2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.Familiarity with Google Workspace, and common business applications.Understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls) is an advantage.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
