Inovasi Digital Sejahtera, you will oversee the successful delivery of software implementation and technical support services across multiple client projects. You will lead and mentor a team of IT System Implementors, ensuring high-quality execution, customer satisfaction, and continuous process improvement. This role is suited for professionals with strong technical foundations, leadership abilities, and a passion for technology-driven business transformation.Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate the IT implementation team to ensure smooth software deployment and client onboarding.Supervise and support team members in performing software installation, configuration, and data migration activities.Oversee quality assurance (QA) testing and collaborate with solution designers or system analysts to validate system performance.Manage helpdesk operations by guiding the team in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues promptly.Conduct and oversee customer training sessions and knowledge transfer programs related to business processes and applications.Monitor project progress, ensuring proper documentation, including issue tracking, task allocation, and timesheet management.Communicate with clients to align project expectations, gather feedback, and ensure successful handover.Identify opportunities to improve implementation methodologies and internal support processes.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline).Proven experience in software implementation, IT support, or system administration (prior leadership experience is a plus).Strong understanding of databases, with proficiency in Microsoft SQL queries.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Prior experience or understanding of distribution or business process systems is an advantage.Willing to travel across Indonesia when required.Willing to be based on-site in Malang, East Java.Why Join Us?At PT.
