IT Support Specialist - Arabic Speaker

IT Support resource will be providing technical assistance to users and maintaining the IT infrastructure. This includes troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, as well as supporting and maintaining servers to ensure reliable and secure system performance.Responsibilities:Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, software, and network connectivityInstall, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripheralsPerform server maintenance, updates, and backups to ensure uptime and securityMonitor server performance and troubleshoot system issuesManage user accounts, access rights, and system permissionsEnsure data security, antivirus management, and compliance with IT policiesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experienceExperience with Windows operating systems, networking, and system and servers administration2-3 years experience minimum on similar jobWill be in Jubail industrial city, Eastern provenanceHolding Saudi valid IqamaArabic English speaker
