The IT Support Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining desktop computer systems. Other responsibilities include assisting with help desk support, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues, and contributing to the smooth operation of information technology systems. Qualifications Proficiency in Technical Support and Help Desk SupportStrong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving issuesExperience working with Desktop Computers and related hardwareKnowledge and understanding of Information Technology systems and processesExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailSolid communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaborationRelevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are a plusAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
