The IT Support Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining desktop computer systems. Other responsibilities include assisting with help desk support, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues, and contributing to the smooth operation of information technology systems.
