Responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining and repairing desktop computers, and offering help desk assistance. The IT Support Specialist will ensure smooth operation of IT systems and deliver solutions to address user concerns effectively. Qualifications Knowledge of Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Help Desk SupportProficiency with Desktop Computers and Information Technology systemsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentRelevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or equivalent are a plusExperience in a similar role is highly desirable
