We create and deliver result-oriented solutions and services, keeping pace with cutting-edge innovation and maintaining lasting relationships that help meet our clients’ long-term goals.Client headquartered in Germany is a leading Full Service Payment Provider operating across three continents.To strengthen our team at the Minsk office, we are inviting an IT Support Specialist for Customer Service (B2B) on a full-time basis.Your Responsibilities:- Independently manage client relations, building trust and long-term partnerships.- Support the team leader in planning and operational management.- Provide phone support to B2B customers.- Actively and professionally expand the client base through proactive outreach.- Conduct training sessions for clients.- Play a key role in client support as an internal account manager within the team.- Deliver IT solutions that increase client efficiency and competitiveness in the online business landscape.- Analyze client needs, focusing especially on company products.- Independently develop customer strategies and implement action plans using available support tools, coordinating projects effectively.Your Profile:- Higher education, preferably in IT systems management, with sales experience or similar qualifications.- Experience in B2B technical support or sales, ideally with public sector clients or indirect sales via partners.- Excellent German and English fluency, both spoken and written.- Independent and structured working style with strong organizational skills.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Quick learner with experience in shop systems, CMS, CRM, ticketing systems, or similar extranet/intranet platforms.- Technical mindset with a focus on results and customer orientation.- Solid understanding of commercial and economic contexts.- Effective time management.- Interest in financial and economic topics.What We Offer:- Competitive salary with long-term career growth opportunities- Work in an international, open-minded, creative, and friendly environment with a motivated team- Improve language skills and experience international cultures- Health insurance coverage- Team-building events
