IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST (L1)

If you are looking for a motivating, friendly, but very ambitious environment, this might be a perfect opportunity for you!What You'll Be DoingProvide first-line support for routine technical issues such as password resets, basic troubleshooting, and user inquiries. Manage the ticketing system: create tickets, detail issues accurately, and perform efficient ticket triage. Update and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation to support end users and other support tiers. Use your foundational knowledge of our systems to effectively address and resolve basic IT issues. Take ownership of basic issues, strive for quick resolution, and escalate to L2 support when necessary. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:Solid understanding of IT systems and standard support practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple issues. Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Dedication to delivering high-quality customer service. A proactive approach to continuous learning and staying abreast of technological advancements. YOU ARE SOMEONE WHO:Has a strong English language proficiency, both written and verbal.
