Job Description

The Global IT Support role serves as a vital bridge between global IT teams and local business operations, ensuring consistent and effective delivery of IT services. This position is responsible for providing high-quality support to end users across devices, applications, and infrastructure— both locally and globally.The role includes managing day-to-day technical issues, coordinating deployment activities, and supporting the adoption of data and AI tools. It also involves identifying local needs, facilitating communication between teams, and ensuring alignment with global standards and compliance frameworks. While not directly responsible for project management, the individual will monitor progress, escalate issues when necessary, and act as the local representative for global IT coordination.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-quality IT support remotely and on-site to employees, managing support tickets and resolving issues efficiently according to our SLA or oriented to the right IT expert teams if needed. Take end-to-end ownership of IT issues in your perimeter and keep users updated with progress.Manage the Asset Register and the Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) process to ensure accurate device and user data.Administer some IT functionalities, create email accounts and distribution groups on collaboration platforms such as Office 365, andSupport and maintain end-user devices, ensuring compliance with security policies, and oversee workspace setup at offices, including meeting rooms and reception areas.Relay messages and updates from global IT initiatives to local teams and vice versa, ensuring alignment and clarity.Contribute to create and maintain user documentation, guides, and training materials.Facilitate the deployment and adoption of data and AI tools locally, providing support and basic training.Work towards compliancy programs such as ISO 270001 and CE+What we expect of youIT related qualification or have relevant experience with IT support and coordinationStrong understanding of basic IT support diagnosis and analysisExperience with Office 365, Active Directory, and ticketing systemsWindows 10, 11 and Mac experienceSome knowledge of ISO 270001 or CE+ standardsA previous experience supporting workspace environments and facilitating deployment activitiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProactive, energetic, and self-motivatedAbility to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple stakeholdersResilient, adaptable, and flexible in a dynamic environment
