As our new IT Support Specialist, you'll be the friendly face (or voice) behind 1st and 2nd line support for our global business.  You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and be the first point of contact for IT issues - from "my laptop won't start" to "why is the Wi-Fi acting up?" - helping users across the world, all while working within New Zealand business hours.Key Responsibilities:Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support across multiple regions.Stay on top of the ticketing system, making sure issues get resolved quickly.Deliverawesome customer service and escalate tricky issues when needed.Be onsite to support local users and infrastructure — reliability and punctuality are key.Handlestaff onboarding/offboarding: account setup, hardware provisioning, the works.Set up andconfigure IT gear: laptops, phones, tablets, printers, IoT devices Keepour IT assetregister up to date (hardware +software inventory).Run daily system checks to keep everything available and stable.Carry out quarterly audits to make sure IT processes and standards are followed.Do basic management, monitoring, and troubleshooting of our Meraki network.Monitor backups and patch schedules so nothing slips through the cracks.Support a variety of SaaS apps and services across the business.Help create and maintain documentation for systems, apps, and support processes.Keep IT procedures and workflows clear, current, and easy to follow.Be open to occasional travel to Auckland if required. Skills & Experience:A minimum of 1 year experience in providing 1st/2nd line IT support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.  A proactive, resourceful mindset - you don't just wait for problems, you prevent them. Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Intune, Azure and remote support tools.Working knowledge of networks, firewalls, and general networking principles.Familiarity with ITIL best practices and service desk workflows.Experience liaising with third-party contractors and suppliers.Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL certifications are advantageous.Experience supporting MacOS and mobile devices (iPad, iPhone, Android).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Highly motivated with excellent task prioritisation and time management.Detail orientated with a commitment to quality service delivery.Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Solid documentation skills with attention to accuracy.Benefits:35 days holiday including STAT days2 paid volunteering leave daysLife insuranceHealth benefits cash-back policyBirthday holiday leaveA monthly well-being allowanceEmployee Assistance ProgrammeEnhanced maternity/paternity leaveAccess to an extensive on-line learning platformTo Apply:  This is a permanent 40 hour per week role, working Monday to Friday.
