Your missions:You act as a service desk agent, incident agent and analyst, problem agent and analystYou are in charge of incident analysis, first and second-line customer liaison with the purpose of maximising the first call resolution rateYou are offering first and second-line support: remote and on-site support for VIPYou participate in reconfiguration/installation of PC environmentYou document operational support proceduresYou draft technical content for knowledge databaseYou do the testing and administration of applicationsYou are in direct liaising with system administration and database administration for execution of administration taskYour profile:You have minimum proven IT experienceYou speak and write fluently English and FrenchYou have a previous experience in a similar position and are familiar Windows 7/10 and MS Office, Active DirectoryYou are recognized for your excellent communication skills, your customer orientation and your diplomacy
