A Snapshot of Your DayAs an IT Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for technical support across both office and project environments. Your day will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, onboarding new employees, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors. You’ll play a key role in maintaining system efficiency, resolving user requests, and contributing to IT improvement initiatives. The position starts as a 12-month employment contract with strong potential for extension based on performance and business needs.How You’ll Make An ImpactProvide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and printersInstall, configure, and update operating systems and applicationsAssist users via phone, email, and in person with technical issuesManage user accounts, permissions, and access requestsDocument and follow up on IT support tasks using our planner toolCollaborate with IT colleagues and vendors on system upgrades and optimizationsWhat You BringRelevant experience in IT support or a similar technical roleStrong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindsetFluent in English and Danish, with excellent communication skillsFamiliarity with Microsoft and cloud services (e.g., AWS)Ability to work independently and in a team, with flexibility to support both office and remote setupsEducational background in IT, Computer Science or related field is a plus, but strong hands-on experience is prioritized About The TeamYou’ll be part of the IT Support function supporting Siemens Energy.
