The company joined FIBEP in 2002 and provides international media monitoring services worldwide using innovative technologies, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Thessaloniki.The IT Support & Systems Technician will contribute to the maintenance and smooth operation of the company’s IT infrastructure, supporting both users and systems in a fast-paced but friendly environment. Main ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to office and remote users (hardware, software, connectivity)Assist in the administration of Windows Servers and Active DirectorySupport and maintain Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, SharePoint, user accounts)Perform software installations, updates, and network troubleshootingMonitor system and network performance and assist in issue resolutionMaintain and follow backup and recovery proceduresDocument IT setups, issues, and solutions clearly and consistentlyCollaborate with senior team members to ensure stable infrastructure and continuous improvements Requirements1–3 years of experience in IT Support or similar technical roleGood knowledge of Windows OS and familiarity with Windows Server (2019 or newer)Good knowledge of networking (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs)Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Office applicationsExperience with virtual environments (Hyper-V)Knowledge of backup tools and basic scripting (PowerShell)Problem-solving mindset, reliability, and willingness to learnGood English communication skills (written & spoken) Nice to HaveFamiliarity with Linux systems (basic administration or commands)Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA, MTA, MCSA, etc.) Job DetailsFull-time, Monday–FridayOn-site, Thessaloniki (Monastiriou 90) BenefitsContinuous training and technical developmentFriendly and supportive team cultureStable position with long-term prospects in a steadily growing companyRemuneration aligned with experience and qualifications We take approximately two weeks to evaluate applications when there is an active job opportunity.
