You’ll be the first point of contact for day-to-day IT support across the company, helping to make sure everyone has what they need to do their best work.

You’ll work closely with People Ops and Engineering to support our growing team. What You'll Be DoingDay-to-day IT support - handling requests like password resets, account access issues, equipment troubleshooting, and general tech assistance. Employee lifecycle support - managing onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup, hardware provisioning, and decommissioning. Corporate software admin - managing users and access across our internal tools (e. g. Google Workspace, Slack, Password manager, etc). Procurement and provisioning - preparing and maintaining laptops, accessories, and other tools for team members across locations.

Office tech management - supporting our Edinburgh HQ, including network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, LAN), conference room AV setup and troubleshooting, and ISP coordination.
