Job Description

We are seeking a Mid-level IT Support professional who is fluent in Japanese and English. This role involves providing onsite support three days a week. The position focuses on local IT operations while serving as a liaison with the central global support team. Main Responsibilities: Hands-on support for end user workplace technology, including laptops, thin clients, and peripherals. Perform hardware tasks such as cabling, device delivery, setup, imaging, and resets. Manage local stock and coordinate storage activities, ensuring accurate asset tracking and availability.

Act as onsite "eyes and hands" to support the technical room, including basic server and networking support under guidance from remote teams. Coordinate with global AZ Tech teams to ensure seamless integration and escalation of issues as needed. Support ad hoc IT needs, including troubleshooting and resolving first-level hardware or connectivity issues. Key Requirements: Fluent in Japanese and English. Relevant experience in IT support. Hands-on experience with end-user technologies. Proficiency in hardware troubleshooting and support. Knowledge of network fundamentals. Nice to Have: Experience with software packaging and deployment. Familiarity with SD-WAN, WiFi, and LAN technologies.

Basic knowledge of server maintenance. Other Details: This role requires onsite support for three days a week. The position is pivotal for maintaining efficient IT operations within a global technology framework.
