At GlobalConnect, we’re looking for an IT Supporter who shares our vision of making technology accessible and easy for every employee across our company.About The RoleAs an IT Supporter, you’ll be at the heart of our technical support operations. Some days, you’ll solve problems over the phone before the coffee even cools; other days, you’ll make sure new colleagues have everything they need to get started on their first day. You’ll help ensure our tools and systems work seamlessly so our teams can focus on what they do best.Your responsibilities will be diverse, ranging from setting up new equipment to assisting colleagues with their technical inquiries and maintaining system efficiency. Every interaction is an opportunity to solve a problem, learn something new, and create a positive experience for someone else.Some Of Your Responsibilities Will IncludeProviding first-line IT support via phone, tickets, and in personManage system accesses, devices, and software for new employeesManaging and resolving support tickets in ServiceNowMaintaining smooth operations in Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, and Active Directory environmentsWhy join us?At GlobalConnect, we believe technology should empower people, not frustrate them.
