IT System Administrator

Our Innovation team is looking for a IT System Administrator to join the team.The day-to-day responsibilities will include:Installation and configuration of software, hardware and any other required technology tools for artists both in the studio and for remote workingProviding first line support responding to IT tickets raised by artists and other members of the teamResponsible for desktop and helpdesk support ensuring smooth running of all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment. Troubleshooting issues raised, responding quickly and effectively to artists to ensure they have an uninterrupted working experienceSetting up accounts for new starters and closing accounts for leaversEnsuring kit is prepped for new starters in a timely mannerComplete appropriate paperwork to log and process equipment loaned out to new starters and managing the return of equipment for leaversRequirementsAssociate/Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience. 2+ year of IT Support, network administration or system administration experienceProficient knowledge and experience with Windows 10, 365, MS Office Shop and basic ticketing systemsKnowledge of system security and data backup/recoveryExcellent problem-solving skills, PC/OS/Software troubleshooting skillsFamiliarity with Windows/Linux Server environmentsAbility to use and manage Office 365, Mimecast, phishing protection, Sophos Anti-Virus, etcExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA desire to help others, outstanding attention to service and creating a positive experienceAbility to work independently and within a team environmentProblem solver and a self starterAbout Pixomondo And Our Innovation Lab TeamPXO, a Sony Pictures Entertainment company, creates industry-leading Visualization, Virtual Production, and Visual Effects for premium Film and Episodic content.
