The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in monitoring tools, ticket handling, and coordination with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for timely issue resolution.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform continuous system monitoring to ensure optimal performance and availability. Handle ticket creation, categorization, and assignment to respective SMEs or support teams. Monitor and manage job scheduler tools and ensure successful completion of scheduled processes. Track and escalate critical incidents in a timely manner. Maintain proper documentation and update incident logs accurately. Communicate effectively through email and MS Office tools for reporting and coordination. Required SkillsProven experience in system monitoring and process monitoring activities. Experience using job scheduler tools (e.g., Control-M, Autosys, or similar). Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills – ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
