We have partnered with Bizerba, a global leader in weighing, slicing, and labeling technologies, in the search for an IT Systems & Client Expert for their new production facility in Valjevo.With over 150 years of tradition and innovation, Bizerba is known worldwide for providing high-quality solutions to clients across the food industry, retail, and logistics sectors. The company is now expanding its footprint in Serbia with a new manufacturing plant, marking a significant strategic investment in the region.Tasks:Manage and maintain IT infrastructure in production and warehouse settings to ensure operating viability for all hours of operation.Modernize all IT systems, including PLCs and external machines.Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of external softwareAdapt to new software, operating systems, and tools to enhance productivity and efficiencyUtilize Microsoft management tools (AD, AAD, Entra, SCCM, Intune) to manage and secure IT assetsInstallation of computer clients for the office and factory and provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issuesEnsure compliance with IT policies and procedures through evaluation of systems, permissions, and security patchesAnalyzes processes and makes suggestions for improvementsStay updated with the latest industry trends and technologiesProfile:Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related fieldProven experience in managing IT infrastructure in a production and warehouse environmentStrong knowledge of Microsoft management tools (AD, AAD, Entra, SCCM, Intune).Knowledge in PowerShell Scripting for automation in client and server environmentsExperience with software deployment, configuration, and maintenance.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Commitment to continuous learning and improvementFluent in EnglishOnly shortlisted candidates will be considered.
