The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. This hybrid position is located in Edmonton, AB, with some work-from-home flexibility. Qualifications Strong expertise in Business Analysis, including gathering and documenting Business RequirementsUnderstanding of Business Processes and ability to align them with project goalsProficient Analytical Skills for examining data and solving problems effectivelyExperience and knowledge in Information Technology systems and practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teamsAbility to adapt to hybrid work environments and manage multiple prioritiesProfessional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) and experience in the IT consulting field are considered an assetBachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
