Location: Offices in Lisbon (100% on-site)What you will do: • Provide in-person, face-to-face IT support in a large-scale end-user environment (12k users) • Deliver remote and on-desk/field support services • Follow procedures and manage tickets efficiently • Handle warehouse logistics, stock control, and back-office tasksWhat you are like: • Proven experience as a help desk technician or customer support role (3–6 years) • Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills • Solid understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, Intune • Skilled in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking • Comfortable with Microsoft technologies (Windows, Office, collaborative tools) • Experience with Cisco video conferencing equipment (L1 support) • Hands-on support for end-user hardware (laptops, screens, docking stations, smartpass, etc.) • Awareness of IT and Cyber Security principles in corporate environments • Good understanding of Apple devices and other tech products • Fluent in English (able to maintain and elaborate a conversation)Why join us: • Work on challenging projects for big clients • Learn more about emerging technologies • Possibility of working remotely • Design your career plan • Access to continuous training and certifications • Evolve through our internal mobility program • … and much more!
