IT Tooling Manager

Mission - Within the Release / Environment Management & IT tooling Department, the IT tooling team is in charge of a large set of tools used to improve and support the process of deliveries from features definition to automated deployment going through continuous integration, testing and performance monitoring In order to strengthen this team, we are looking for an IT Tooling Manager, under the responsibility of the team lead Main responsibilities- Manage application onboarding project delivered by offshore team DevOps evangelist, meaning main contact to IT stakeholders, such as developers, testers and infrastructure team member, to share DevOps framework and governance Lead DevOps projects Contribution to structure our organization and processes Users support and change management Improvements of our set of tools and processes Tools maintenance and obsolescence management Infrastructure and applications upgrade for all tools on Tooling team responsibility Your Profile Education: Bachelor/master 's degree of computer science Experience Technical skills:- DevSecOps principles Jira knowledge to manage project tasks Technical background with the capacity to go further in details while he/she is able to learly explain the big picture by simplifying the concepts Knowledge of following tools: Jira, Git, Ansible Automated Platform, Azure DevOps Server, SonarQube Languages:- English French Personal skills:- Committed Team player Willingness to want to improve tools / processes A versatile approach, service mindset and interpersonal skills will be essential to succeed in this positionCore Competencies : Adherence to the company’s values: Dedication, Conviction, Agility and Responsibility - Compliance with regulations and internal directives
