Your tasks and responsibilities: Build up IT Security from scratch - Driving IT Security from framework conception to hands-on implementationPush boundaries of conventional security by integrating emerging technologies (e. g.

AI-based threat analysis, cloud-native security tools)Implement, administrate and monitor security solutions such as SIEM, IDS/IPS/XDR and endpoint protectionProvide training and initiatives to enhance employees’ awareness of IT securityCollaborate with other IT teams to ensure compliance with security standards and be a driving force in shaping a forward-thinking security culture across the organizationIdentify cyber threats, security vulnerabilities and monitor published software updates, establish SOC / ISMS and analyze the Zero Trust firewall solutionYour strengths and skills:

Academic degree in the field of IT Security, Informatics or equivalent qualificationSeveral years of professional experience in the field of IT SecurityProfound knowledge of network security, cryptography and security protocolsExperience with security solutions such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs and endpoint protectionSecurity certifications (e. g. ISO 27001, CISSP, CISM, CEH or equivalent) are an asset and you continuously stay up to date with the latest security paradigms and approachesNegotiation-level proficiency in English and GermanStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and team-oriented mindsetWhat you can expect:
