IT Vendor Management Lead

Role Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership & GovernanceDefine and continuously optimize regional IT budget management, vendor strategy, and business service management policies.Act as the regional owner of IT budgeting and supplier ecosystem governance, providing strategic decision support to senior leadership.IT Budget Lifecycle ManagementPlanning & Forecasting: Lead annual and multi-year IT budget planning, integrating business expansion, system upgrades, and innovation projects.Execution & Monitoring: Track and control OPEX & CAPEX spending, perform monthly/quarterly variance analysis, and recommend corrective actions.Optimization & Value Delivery: Drive measurable cost savings via vendor negotiations, service rationalization, and technology alternatives; establish ROI frameworks for IT investments.Strategic Vendor ManagementLeverage deep supplier networks across APAC (particularly in F&B, retail, FMCG IT domains) to identify and onboard high-value, compliant partners.Lead high-stakes sourcing, contract negotiations, and strategic partnerships with cloud, SaaS, outsourcing, payment, and local service vendors.Establish robust vendor governance frameworks covering performance, risk, compliance, and innovation.Support rapid new market entry with proven local vendor solutions.Business Service Management (BSM)Define, negotiate, and monitor SLAs for IT and business-critical services.Build service performance dashboards to track availability, stability, and vendor accountability.Lead major incident management and drive continuous service improvement.Role Requirements:10+ years in IT financial governance and vendor management at APAC level within large multinational organizations.Proven track record in managing large-scale IT budgets in fast-growth retail/restaurant enterprises.Demonstrated success in strategic procurement and complex commercial negotiations, achieving significant cost savings.Established and verifiable supplier network across APAC in core domains such as POS, ERP, CRM, cloud, payments, digital marketing, and implementation services.Hands-on experience in building or leading integrated VMO/Procurement/Budget Management functions.Strong practice in ITIL-based business service management.
