IT Workplace Expert (f/m/d) Your TasksDesign & Architecture TasksFurther develop the Microsoft SCCM and Intune strategy, with the goal of fully replacing SCCM with Intune within three years.Design a new deployment and provisioning strategy for computers using Microsoft Autopilot and other Intune tools and features.Design and optimize the workplace infrastructure to support scalability, security, and an enhanced user experience.Develop and maintain compliance and configuration policies in Intune.Work closely with cross-functional teams to align workplace solutions with business requirements.Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve the digital workplace.Contribute to the strategic roadmap for workplace services and automation.Operational Tasks:Manage and maintain the digital workplace infrastructure framework, including Windows client systems and peripheral hardware.Perform device staging and provisioning.Ensure compliance through Intune policies and patch management.Onboard and manage non-Windows devices (e.g., macOS, iOS, Android) within Intune.Provide third-level support and troubleshooting for workplace hardware globally, including printers, displays, and accessories.Your ProfileEducational Background: Degree in computer science, information technology or a related fieldStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, especially in: Autopilot staging, Software deployment, Patch management, Compliance policies, Non-Windows device managementSolid experience with SCCM, particularly in: Software packaging and deployment & Device staging and updatingDeep understanding of Windows client operating systems (Windows 10/11)Familiarity with workplace hardware components (printers, monitors, docking stations, etc.)Desirable: Knowledge of Citrix environments and virtual desktop infrastructureGood English language skills (German language skill is beneficial)Our OfferBenefitsAn attractive workplace in a dynamic environment with development opportunities of an internationally acting group is awaiting you.
