About The RoleWe are hiring Italian-speaking Customer Service Agents to support a major logistics project. This is a fully remote position based in Greece, offering stability, training, and performance-based rewards.You will assist Italian customers with shipment inquiries, delivery updates, and general support, ensuring a smooth experience aligned with project standards.ResponsibilitiesProvide customer support via phone, email, or chat in Italian. Assist with shipment tracking, delivery information, and issue resolution. Ensure a high-quality customer experience consistent with brand guidelines. Collaborate with internal teams to follow up on customer cases.
