This is what has driven our teams since 1833.Since that time, we have developed to become a critical partner in the global aviation industry, delivering time-critical logistics services at 350 locations in more than 65 countries, across six continents.But at the heart of our business is our people.Role PurposeThe IT Asset Management (ITAM) Administrator role is to oversee the “Tooling” that the company uses for managing IT assets across the organization.This role ensures that hardware assets are tracked, maintained, and optimized to support operational efficiency, compliance, and cost control.What You Will Be DoingMaintain accurate records of all IT hardware assets (desktops, laptops, servers, peripherals, etc.) using asset management tools.Support onboarding/offboarding processes by ensuring that the “tooling” is aligned with reality and appropriate service management tickets.Generate reports on asset utilization, and lifecycle status for management review.Ensure compliance with licensing, security, and regulatory requirements related to hardware assets.Assist in developing and refining asset management policies, procedures, and best practices.Develop weekly reporting to show progress and areas of concern.Safety, Security, Wellbeing and Compliance:You will have a responsibility and duty whilst at work to take reasonable care of the health, safety and wellbeing of yourself and others in accordance with provided information, training, and workplace health and safety rules or procedures.
