Job Description

Our client is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. Reporting to the European IT Service Desk Manager, this role will contribute to the efficient operation of the global IT support function. You will be the first point of contact for IT-related queries across multiple jurisdictions, delivering high-quality support and ensuring all requests and incidents are managed in accordance with established procedures. Job Duties:

Act as the first point of contact for users globally via email, phone, and ticketing systemsProvide a high standard of customer service, striving to exceed expectations in every interactionTake ownership of incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfactionManage support tasks in line with Service Desk processes and meet defined service level targetsCarry out daily operational IT tasks and provide ad-hoc support, including the setup of meeting rooms and conferencing facilitiesDeliver hardware and software support both locally and remotely across all jurisdictionsEscalate ongoing faults and training-related issues to the IT Service Desk ManagerLiaise with the wider IT and Change Support teams to manage outstanding queries and set appropriate user expectations.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar IT support roleKnowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows 11, and iOS operating systemsAbility to learn and work with a wide range of networking systems and software toolsSelf-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong customer service skills with a commitment to maintaining high service standardsGood analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for technologyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging users across all levelsStrong organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesWillingness to undertake ongoing professional development and formal trainingPrevious experience of personal or professional IT projects is desirable.
