ITD Internal Sales Representative

Job Description

Job Purpose: Drive corporate growth through strategic client expansion and key indicator achievement, including market analysis, CRM maintenance, and driving sales in the IT Distribution department. Build trust and understanding customer needs, to drive revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Respond to Incoming Leads: Handle inquiries from potential customers via phone, email, chat, or web forms, providing timely and professional responses.Qualify Prospects: Assess customer needs, budget, and readiness to buy to determine sales potential and route leads appropriately.Product Knowledge: Maintain deep understanding of the company’s products or services to effectively communicate value and answer questions.Customer Relationship Building: Establish rapport with prospects, understand their pain points, and guide them through the sales funnel.CRM Management: Accurately log interactions, update lead status, and track progress using customer relationship management tools.Sales Conversion: Convert inbound inquiries into closed sales by presenting tailored solutions and overcoming objections.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics and the PLSM's to ensure a seamless customer experience.Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads who have shown interest but haven’t yet converted.Feedback Loop: Share insights from customer interactions to help improve marketing campaigns, product offerings, and sales strategies.Achieve KPIs: Meet or exceed individual and team targets for lead conversion, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Sales).Similar experience in IT Distribution or related fieldThe ability to build effective communications, establish partnerships, focus on results, the ability to inspire, perseverance, organizationExcellent customer-orientation and networking skillFluent in English read and writeFocus on the achievement of results, stress tolerance, good analytical skills, a systematic approach to work, independence and responsibility in decision making. KPI: GP Revenue
