We are looking for a Social Media Specialist/Copywriter to join our team. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in managing social media platforms. Strong knowledge of creating and managing Reels. Familiarity with Canva and basic photo/video editing is a plus. Proficiency in Arabic, French and English (writing and speaking). Responsibilities: Manage the app’s social media accounts on a daily basis. Write and edit creative content for posts, ads, and campaigns. Develop engaging content ideas aligned with brand identity. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns. Create and manage monthly content calendars.
Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community interaction. Write advertising copy for paid ads and promotional campaigns. Keep up with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into content. Coordinate with designers and photographers for high-quality visual content. Track and analyze content performance and provide insights. Support content for newsletters, push notifications, and other channels. Prepare regular performance reports.
