About The JobWe are seeking a highly organized and professional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to an executive or senior management team. The successful candidate will manage schedules, coordinate communication, and handle a range of administrative duties to enhance productivity and efficiency in the executive’s day-to-day responsibilities.

ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Diary ManagementManage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments efficientlyCoordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and transportPrepare daily schedules, agendas, and reminder alerts for meetings and deadlinesTake minutes during meetings and follow up on action itemsCommunication & CorrespondenceAct as the first point of contact for internal and external communicationsScreen calls, emails, and messages, ensuring timely and appropriate responsesDraft professional correspondence, reports, and executive summaries as requiredMaintain confidentiality in handling sensitive business and personal mattersAdministrative SupportOrganize and maintain physical and digital filing systemsPrepare documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and briefingsMonitor office supplies and handle procurement when neededCoordinate logistics for events, meetings, and workshopsPersonal Task Assistance (Where Applicable)Assist with personal errands, bookings, and appointments for the executiveSupport in managing household, personal finances, or family-related tasks if requestedHandle ad hoc requests with flexibility and discretionRequirementsMatric certificate (Grade 12)Diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field2–5 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive AssistantHigh level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentialityExcellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skillsStrong communication skills (written and verbal) in EnglishProficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environmentApply now
