WE ARE HIRING FOR OUR CLIENT FOR: IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT📍 Location: South Jakarta | Full WFO🏢 Industry: Consulting Firm💼Employee Type: Permanent (3 months probation)About the RoleA leading consulting firm in the IT Governance & Service Management industry is seeking a passionate and experienced IT Service Management (ITSM) Consultant to join its professional consulting team. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping clients design, implement, and enhance their IT Service Management processes and frameworks. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding organizations to achieve operational excellence and compliance through ITIL, ISO/IEC 20000, and related best practices.QualificationBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline from a reputable university.Minimum 7 years of experience in IT Service Management, IT Operations, or Service Desk Management.Proven experience leading or participating in ITSM projects as a consultant.Professional certification in ITSM such as ITIL V3 Intermediate, ITIL V4, ISO/IEC 20000 Auditor, and/or COBIT 2019.Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ITSM tools/platforms.Strong communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.Positive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and in teams.Willing to travel domestically for project assignments.Key ResponsibilityLead and deliver IT Service Management (ITSM) implementation and improvement projects.Support clients in achieving ISO/IEC 20000 certification and aligning IT operations with ITIL best practices.Conduct ITSM maturity assessments and develop improvement roadmaps.Provide advisory services on IT governance, risk, and compliance (IT GRC).Collaborate with cross-functional and client teams to ensure successful project outcomes.Stay up-to-date with developments in ITIL, ISO 20000, and COBIT 2019 frameworks.Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.If you meet the qualification and interested please kindly to share your updated CV to:haifa.usman@nityo.com | with subject: ITSM Consultant - [Your Name]!ONLY HIRING FOR INDONESIA PEOPLE!
