WOREX has regional offices in Cairo, Dubai & Riyadh.We are looking for a creative ITSM Engineer to join our team!You will be responsible for delivering the best online User Experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty.You Will:Analyse customers’ needs and Software requirements to design a fulfilling solution to their needs.Design, implement, configure and customize Enterprise Systems.Develop solutions to fulfill Business requirements.Develop Integration points to Third-party solutions.Modify existing Enterprise Systems to correct errors, improve their performance, enhance their implementation or fine tune to customers’ requirements.Consult customers about Enterprise Systems Design and Maintenance.Job Requirements:To be successful in this role you must have:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or equivalent.Knowledge of Coding Languages and ability to write code/scripts.Knowledgebase for System or Network Administration.Critical-thinking, Problem-solving skills.0-1 years of experience.In Addition to:Excellent Verbal, Written and Interpersonal Communication skills.Sense of Ownership and Pride in your performance.Good Time-management skills.Team-player.
