Job Description
该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 一、负责项目订单中菌种的小试（300 mL-5 L）和中试（20-50 L）发酵过程优化指导；二、负责所承担发酵过程优化项目的订单管理和成果转化；并制定实验操作等相关的SOP等； 三、协助建立和完善员工相关技能培训体系，不断提升团队的研发交付标准； 四、负责沟通协调其他部门，优质和高效完成项目订单。 任职要求： 一、生化工程、发酵工程、工业生物技术、微生物等相关专业的硕士学历； 二、有一定相关工作经验者优先考虑； 三、有丰富的发酵过程优化和模拟方面的训练和经验，能按时交付研发订单和日常研究报告。
