该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1.根据公司发展战略，制定公司电商ERP业务海外市场发展战略计划，完成海外业务开拓布局和管理工作； 2.制定海外业务部的整体营销策略，并制定营销方案； 3.带领团队完成年度业绩指标,并对团队成员进行指导和培养,推动整个团队的共同成长和发展 任职要求： 1.本科及以上学历，国际贸易、市场营销等相关专业；英语+普通话； 2.管理要求： 熟悉国内ERP市场，且具备丰富的海外业务操盘经验，如熟悉北美电商市场且管理过外籍员工者优先； 3.销售经验及能力：丰富的国际销售经验和能力；很强的市场分析和洞察能力；国际市场敏锐性和业绩达成能力；成就导向； 4.可关注酷家乐、声网、汉朔等；
