A fast-growing global beauty and retail brand is seeking a Digital Designer to join its Trade Marketing and Digital Design teams. This role is key to producing high-quality digital assets for e-commerce, social, and digital marketing channels. The Digital Designer will collaborate across content, brand, and marketing teams to deliver engaging, on-brand creative that elevates product storytelling and ensures consistency across retail partners such as Sephora, Ulta, Macy’s, Target, Amazon, and QVC. ResponsibilitiesManage the full PDP (Product Detail Page) imagery pipeline, ensuring assets are accurate, consistent, and globally aligned. Adapt and resize artwork, graphics, and seasonal assets for retail platforms, optimized for mobile-first experiences.

Concept and design creative overhauls to improve product storytelling, brand cohesion, and visual appeal. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative execution with marketing and merchandising strategies. Maintain global digital guidelines and design specs to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints. Present and refine creative solutions during weekly cross-functional reviews. Build scalable, modular PSDs and maintain organized digital asset libraries. Identify workflow bottlenecks, propose process improvements, and support efficient cross-team handoffs. Leverage AI-powered creative tools (Adobe Firefly, Photoshop Generative Fill, ChatGPT, etc. ) to streamline production and ideation. Research design trends and competitive retail content to drive forward-thinking creative strategies.

RequirementsBFA/BA in Graphic or Digital Design or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in digital design, ideally in e-commerce, beauty, or retail. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); familiarity with After Effects, Figma, or XD is a plus. Strong knowledge of digital production workflows, image optimization, and product retouching. Solid grasp of visual hierarchy, responsive design, and accessibility best practices. Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to own strategic creative projects and deliver production-ready assets on time. Proactive communicator with a passion for design innovation, teamwork, and problem-solving.
