A technology consulting and product engineering company is seeking a Product/Business Analyst. This role plays a pivotal part in aligning business operations with scalable technology solutions, supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of revenue and sales systems, and ensuring seamless integration between Salesforce, ERP platforms, and POS systems to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Analyze and optimize order-to-cash, billing, and revenue recognition processes across Salesforce and ERP platforms (e. g. , SAP, Oracle). Support the implementation and enhancement of POS systems integrated with Salesforce and ERP. Collaborate with technical teams to configure, test, and deploy Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Recognition modules.
Ensure data consistency and integrity across Salesforce, ERP, and POS systems through integration and validation efforts. Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor system performance and business outcomes. Stay informed on Salesforce and POS platform updates and recommend improvements aligned with business goals.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field3+ years of experience as a Product or Business Analyst in ERP, Salesforce, or POS environmentsHands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing, Revenue Recognition)Familiarity with POS systems and their integration with CRM and ERP platformsStrong understanding of revenue operations, retail sales processes, and financial systemsExcellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred: Experience working in Agile environments using tools like Jira and Confluence
