Servier Arklow is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support our Operational Performance team in delivering excellence in new product introductions. πŸ”§ Key Responsibilities: As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth introduction and integration of new products into manufacturing and packaging operations. Responsibilities include:

Supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) for manufacturing and packagingDeveloping manufacturing and cleaning recipes on production equipmentCreating Batch Manufacturing Records, Work Instructions, and SOPsConducting investigations and generating reports as requiredEnsuring production readiness and supporting trial, placebo, and validation batchesWorking cross-functionally with teams in QA, QC, Validation, Technical, Supply Chain, and FinanceLeading problem-solving initiatives using root cause analysisConducting material and equipment trials with operational and validation support🀝 Collaboration & Teamwork:

Work closely with Operational teams including ASL, Manufacturing, Packaging, and Supply ChainParticipate in cross-functional project teams and contribute to business improvement initiativesBe adaptable and willing to support additional operational needs as they ariseπŸ›‘οΈ Health, Safety, Environment & Quality: Ensure compliance with all GMP, safety, and environmental standardsActively promote a culture of quality and safety across all areas of workπŸŽ“ What We’re Looking For: Essential: Degree in Process, Mechanical, or Manufacturing EngineeringExcellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skillsAbility to lead initiatives and collaborate effectively across teamsSelf-starter with strong initiative and the ability to work autonomouslyDesirable:

Experience in a pharmaceutical production environmentValidation experience and report writing/presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with high-quality outcomes
