Responsibilities include:
Supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) for manufacturing and packagingDeveloping manufacturing and cleaning recipes on production equipmentCreating Batch Manufacturing Records, Work Instructions, and SOPsConducting investigations and generating reports as requiredEnsuring production readiness and supporting trial, placebo, and validation batchesWorking cross-functionally with teams in QA, QC, Validation, Technical, Supply Chain, and FinanceLeading problem-solving initiatives using root cause analysisConducting material and equipment trials with operational and validation support🤝 Collaboration & Teamwork:
