Job Description

Reports to: Head of E-CommerceRole overview: Reporting to the Head of E-Commerce, you will own and manage the day-to-day trading of the Jaded London website. You'll constantly look for ways to optimise our current strategy and devise new and cutting-edge initiatives to keep Jaded ahead of the curve. It's important to understand our brand and our customers and to think like one of our customers. Constantly thinking about user experience and keeping it best in class. Alongside the wider E-Commerce team, you will work towards improving all E-Commerce KPI's and keep Jaded on our hyper-growth trajectory.

This role is based on site at our Northwest London office with 5 days in the office expected.

What will I be doing? Own the net revenue, average order size, value, conversion rate for the Jaded websiteOwn all visual merchandising of your stores from products to signposting and engaging content that makes a sale todayOwn the analytical and CRO tools that will help you unlock greater insight to build hypothesis to test and generate incremental output on your KPIsBuild a foundation to share more and better insight than our peer group / competitors with our 3rd party partners; make Jaded famous with our partners at being the best at eCommerceSupport and Challenge the Technology team to design, develop and deploy the tools you need to deliver your objectivesWork closely with the Brand & broader Commercial / Sales teams on executing all product and collection launchesWork closely with Commercial / Finance Analyst/s to unlock, Customer Insight (through deep segmentation), Marketing Insight, Business Insight which leads to optimisation of your activityProvide expertise on current eCommerce industry best practice, with CRO focusKeep up to date with eCommerce & CRO / Trading best practice of tomorrow through training, research etcPositively impact and influence internal stakeholders and external partnersEffectively communicate and collaborate with company stakeholdersThink like a customer, all the time, every dayRequirementsWhat skills do I need?3+ experience using Shopify Plus and comfortable with editing liquid code3+ years' experience managing / leading digital retail / ecommerce; a ‘natural shopkeeper'; fixated on delivering your promise to the customerGreat knowledge / experience with Analytical / CRO tools like Google Analytics, HotJar etcGood knowledge / experience of demand creation using paid media (with Social in particular)Great knowledge of common 3rd party applications (Ometria, Global-E, Nosto etc.
