Group Head of FP&A

JAG Talent is partnered with a leading Media business to hire a Head of Group FP&A to cover a secondment for 9-12 months. This role is looking for someone who has worked within a PLC / FTSE environment with prior experience in a "Group" role. The role will lead a team of up to 8 direct reports, manage the Group FP&A function, lead the 5 years planning cycle and partner with Group and Divisional Stakeholders. Responsibilities: Lead the 5 Year Planning cycle in collaboration with Divisional FP&A Leaders and Divisional Directors of Finance.

Produce the consolidated 5 Year Plan and associated reporting for approval by the executive boards in line with the approved timeline. Ensure all business and financial inputs into the 5 Year Plan are analysed and accurately reflected in Reporting outputs that are submitted for board approval. Ownership of all Financial Statements associated with the 5 year planning cycle including Management & Statutory P&L, Cashflow & Balance sheet. Manage the Financial Reporting Framework including management reporting, forecasting and budgeting including scenario planning and stress testing.

Manage capital expenditure, investments and cost savings programmes including the tracking & reporting processes and assessment of financial impact on 5 Year Plan. Collaborate with Finance Business Partners for Technology and Support Functions ensuring there is consistency, accuracy and rigour in all financial submissions. Support the capital allocation model to support strategic investment decisions. Undertake ongoing investment reviews to ensure committed benefits and returns on investment are delivered in association with the TMO (Transformation Management Office). Partner with and support Group Control, Corporate Development, Strategy, and Investor Relations Teams as required. Preferences:
