Job Title: Front Office AdministratorLocation: JAFZA, Dubai, UAESalary: AED 4,000/month (up to AED 4,500/month if on own visa)Industry: Manufacturing/Industrial ServicesKey Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees at the front desk, delivering a professional and welcoming experience. Answer and direct phone calls promptly using a multi-line telephone system. Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, mail, and deliveries. Maintain visitor logs and issue access passes as per company policy. Perform clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, copying, and data entry. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and meeting room bookings.
Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement and delivery. Assist the HR and Admin team with onboarding processes and documentation. Oversee the cleanliness and presentation of the front office area. Support team members and management with administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: Proven experience as a front office administrator, receptionist, or similar role. Professional appearance and demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management systems. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is an advantage). Previous experience in a similar role within the UAE, especially JAFZA, is preferred. Must be currently residing in the UAE; immediate joiners are preferred. Compensation: AED 4,000 per month (Company visa)Up to AED 4,500 per month (If on own visa)Other statutory benefits as per UAE labor law
