This role can be based in any Jacobs offices across South East Asia region.Main duties includeTechnical reports and specifications including functional descriptions for Mechanical systems.To lead and attend project/site meeting with Client, PM, and Consultants from other disciplines.Liaise and coordinate relevant technical issues with other disciplines.Relationship building with clients generally involves a Doer/Seller role.Support site supervision and plant commissioning activities when requiredSupport proposals and bids when neededHere's what you'll needTo be a successful candidate, you shall possessBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.Professional Japanese Language Proficiency (minimum N2) given that he/she will need to coordinate with Japanese internal/external stakeholders.Relevant experience to perform engineering tasks on the mechanical services detailed design (including calculations, computer simulations, specifications, etc), particularly in Data Center projectsAbility to work independently and confidently while managing multiple stakeholdersPlease note If you are being represented by a recruitment agency you will not be considered, to be considered you will need to apply directly to Jacobs.
