Architectural Graduate

Jasmax is seeking a talented Architectural Graduate to join its Auckland studio, working alongside some of the industry's leading designers to deliver city-shaping and nation-defining projects. Jasmax is a multi-award-winning architecture and design practice with studios across Aotearoa New Zealand and Australia. With over 250 staff members, Jasmax offers multi-disciplinary expertise and integrated design solutions across architecture, interior design, urban design and landscape architecture. For 60 years, Jasmax has worked at the forefront of bicultural and sustainable design in the Pacific. The role: We have an exciting career opportunity for a passionate, creative, and design-talented Architectural Graduate.

You'll be a key member of the team, supporting the project from brief to completion, contributing to design and technical concepts that respect regenerative design and bicultural awareness. You'll be involved in preparing drawings, designing interfaces, and advancing package drawings through detailed instructions. The projects you work on will vary in size and complexity across a broad range of industry sectors, allowing you to explore and develop your passions. The projects you'll work on will fit nicely with your registration journey. The opportunity to contribute to the design excellence methodology is also on offer. Required experience and skills:

A Master's in Architecture3+ years' work experience in a post graduate roleStand-out design and creative abilitySolid grasp of architectural design principles and spatial storytellingExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to contribute meaningfully to design developmentHigh-level attention to detail with logical thinkingExperience in Revit, Microsoft Suite, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Sketchup Up-to-date working knowledge of the New Zealand building code and regulationsWhy Jasmax?
