In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing backend systems using modern Java frameworks and cloud technologies. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver quality software solutions aligned with business goals and technical standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSoftware Development & DesignDesign, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java (Spring Boot / Jakarta EE). Build and integrate RESTful APIs for web and mobile systems. Optimize application performance and ensure code quality and security. Collaboration & Agile DeliveryWork closely with Frontend, QA, and DevOps teams in an Agile environment. Participate in technical discussions, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Code Quality & TestingWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct code reviews and support testing and deployment cycles. Continuous ImprovementStay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks in Java and cloud ecosystems. Contribute ideas for process improvements and innovation within the engineering team.Educational RequirementBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a reputed institution.Experience RequirementProficiency in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA. Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL and REST API development. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker. Understanding of microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
