Java Software Engineer

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Enterprise Java Developer with 3–6 years of handson experience in building scalable, high-performance applications using Java and modernenterprise technologies. You will be part of a cross-functional team, contributing to thedesign, development, and deployment of mission-critical solutions for our clients acrossvarious industries.Key Responsibilities:• Develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and related frameworks• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security standards• Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and continuous integration/delivery processes• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to root cause analysis and resolution• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing systemRequired Qualifications:• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Java (8+) development• Proficiency with Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data, WebLogic Application Server• Experience with REST APIs, JPA/Hibernate, and Oracle/SQL/NoSQL databases• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI), version control (Git), and build tools like Maven or Gradle• Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and familiarity with orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes) is a plus• Understanding of software development best practices, including agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team• Fluency in German Language
