Project Coordination & Resource Management: Oversee end-to-end project implementation by organizing cross-functional resources across warehousing, transportation, distribution and technology teams. Establish project timelines and secure necessary resources to ensure on-time, quality delivery of project milestones. Project Monitoring & Issue Resolution: Track critical project metrics including progress, quality and costs throughout implementation and post-launch operations. Identify and escalate implementation challenges to maintain project stability and optimize execution outcomes. Project Evaluation & Process Improvement: Conduct post-implementation reviews analyzing operational processes, system performance, business impact and financial results. Identify improvement opportunities and drive optimization initiatives across relevant departments to enhance project profitability and operational efficiency.
