Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop intercontinental capacity and warehousing resource procurement plans. Liaise with 2C last-mile service providers, local fleets, and warehousing resource providers to secure advantageous resources. Fulfill ad-hoc procurement requirements and coordinate with business teams to ensure the rational utilization of resources. Optimize the existing supplier pool, conduct price negotiations, contract management, and performance evaluations to systematically reduce costs. Introduce high-quality new suppliers, control contract risks, and strive for competitive terms. Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of 2C last-mile and truck delivery service providers, manage the supplier assessment system.
Establish procurement management systems, processes, and standards, and supervise implementation to ensure compliance. Collaborate with internal teams such as product and operation teams to promote the implementation of production capacity and optimize existing resources. Monitor market conditions, share freight rate dynamics, and innovate models to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Requirement:More than 5 years of work experience in the international logistics and warehousing field. Candidates with experience in managing capacity procurement teams are preferred, especially those who have resources of 2C last-mile service providers and truck delivery resources, as well as experience in e-commerce logistics and warehousing.
Proficient in the full-process management of suppliers, with excellent business negotiation and coordination skills, and familiar with the market capacity situation and price system. Fluent in both Korean and Chinese for work purposes, proficient in using office software and basic data analysis software. Rich project management experience, excellent organizational coordination and teamwork skills, strong learning ability, able to independently handle unexpected problems.
