Our goal is simple and ambitious – JDE Peet´s: A coffee for every cupJob DescriptionDelivery Planner is responsible for the outbound flow of goods from plant to customer.

Key Activities Plan the downstream network in a short-term horizon Coordinate transport to deliver finished goods on time, in the right quality and in the most cost-effective way for the company Communicate all short-term supply issues through transportation or loading and work on solutions with customers and warehouse operators Create a weekly loading plan for MU and MSU and organizes all needed trucks in relation to the plan with necessary shipping documents per country Control and set up of systems necessary for work (SAP, APO, INet, etc.

) including updating of correct master dataKPIs Delivery Meet customer service level targets, by providing best possible supply situation to all national and international manufacturing units and marketing and sales units Minimize aged stock and transport lead time Ensure inventory efficiency and customer service to the marketing and sales units Meet stock age target (DOI) Achieve FG AOP inventory target Provide loss analysis for KPIs and support Flow PillarQualificationsRequired experiences & competencies:

High level of education, preferably in Supply Chain or Economy PC literacy - MS Office, especially Excel, preferable with system knowledge (SAP) Good analytical skills, attention to detail Very good communication skills. Be able to communicate with all levels of the organization and external customers and agencies Strong planning & supply chain experience with ability to manage multiple inputs from different departments with effective prioritization High level of drive and self-motivation, ambitious to succeed and prepared to go the extra mile Ability to apply MOS/LEAN tools (e. g.
