As Forecast Planning Specialist, your mission is to support planning transformation by championing local statistical demand forecasters in optimizing forecast accuracy, insights and autonomous planning. We’re counting on your smarts and your people skills to make it happen. You’ll play a key role in implementing our ambitious planning transformation roadmap. What You’ll OwnSupport Deployment: Assist in deploying the global planning transformation in local Market & Sales units, including testing functionality, prepare data & forecast models, and providing support during dry runs and hypercare. Training and Support:

Train new key users and statistical forecasters in creating accurate demand forecasts using statistical and AI methods within the OMP advanced planning system . Continuous Improvement: Optimize OMP demand forecasting models by leveraging historical sales data, market trends, promotional plans, and other relevant factors. Support statistical forecasters in their weekly and monthly processes to drive forecast accuracy & insights. Collaboration and Leadership: Lead the global key user community of statistical forecasters, and drive continuous improvement of demand forecasting processes & OMP usage. Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to optimize data input for demand planning models & insights.

QualificationsWe’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and a drive for improvement —someone who takes ownership, isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and knows how to bring real value to the table. You’ve got experience in Demand Forecasting, you are tech-savvy and thrive in fast-paced environments. You’re a team player who brings people together and while experience matters, we’re more interested in who you are and the energy you bring. We’re not into long lists of “must-haves,” but here’s what would definitely be a plus:
