Customers ask us to help them solve their most critical technology needs and we proactively share relevant ideas, insights and experience to create a plan for addressing those needs.Principales Responsabilidades Liderar el desarrollo y la capacitacion continua del equipo a cargo, fomentando un ambiente de trabajo colaborativoTrabajar de la mano con las diferentes Unidades de Negocio para optimizar las operaciones contables mejorar la eficiencia operativaSupervisar el equipo de Contabilidad Conciliaciones Bancarias y Activos Fijos, garantizando la exactitud y la veracidad de los saldos presentados en el Estado de Situacion Patrimonial, reflejando fielmente la posicion financiera de nuestro clienteSerá responsable de liderar el proceso de reporte mensual a Corporacion antes del sexto día hábil del mes siguienteResponsable de elaborar y reportar el Estado de Situacion Patrimonial y Cash Flow proyectado (método indirecto) en las distintas etapas presupuestariasResponsable de liderar y coordinar el proceso de auditoría externa, asegurando la emision oportuna de los Balances Legales anuales, de acuerdo con la normativa vigenteLlevar adelante los Libros contables en tiempo y formaIdentificar, proponer e implementar mejoras continuas en los procesos contables y financieros, con el objetivo de optimizar la eficiencia, la precision y el control internoRequisitosUniversitario recibido en Contabilidad, Finanzas, Administracion de Empresas (Excluyente)Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en contabilidad, incluyendo al menos 2 años de experiencia en un rol de liderazgoManejo de software contable (Oracle FUSION - Deseable)Dominio avanzado de Microsoft ExcelConocimiento practico de Power BINivel de inglés intermedio (oral y escrito)Competencias Claves Solidas habilidades de liderazgo y gestion de equiposAlta atencion al detalle y precision en la informacion financieraCapacidad para trabajar bajo presion y cumplir con plazos exigentesFlexibilidad horariaEnfoque analítico y habilidades para resolver problemasComunicacion efectiva y altos estándares éticosJoining DXC connects you to brilliant people who embrace change and seize opportunities to advance their careers and amplify customer success.
